These terms govern your use of the Pehnawa mobile app and the services at pehnawa.fintechpaa.com. By creating an account or using Pehnawa, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
Pehnawa is a fashion discovery and virtual try-on service for Pakistani clothing brands, operated at pehnawa.fintechpaa.com. Questions: privacy@fintechpaa.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pehnawa. If you are under 18, you should use the app with a parent or guardian’s permission where required by local law.
Your account
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
- Information you provide must be accurate and must not impersonate others.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
What Pehnawa provides
Pehnawa helps you browse aggregated product information from third-party brands, save wishlists, set preferences, and—where available—generate AI-based virtual try-on (“Fit Check”) previews from photos you upload. Product details, prices, availability, and purchase fulfillment are offered by the respective brands and retailers, not by Pehnawa.
Virtual try-on
- Try-on results are illustrative only and may differ from real garments in color, fit, drape, and fabric.
- You must upload photos you have the right to use (typically photos of yourself).
- Do not upload unlawful, offensive, or third-party content you do not own.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems without permission.
- Use Pehnawa for spam, fraud, or harassment.
- Circumvent security, access controls, or rate limits.
- Misuse brand or product data for competing commercial scraping at scale.
Third-party links and ads
Pehnawa may link to external brand websites and show ads (including via Google Mobile Ads). We are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or ad content. Your dealings with brands are solely between you and them.
Intellectual property
Pehnawa’s name, app design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Brand names, logos, and product images belong to their respective owners and are displayed for discovery purposes.
Disclaimer
Pehnawa is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of catalog data, or that try-on results will match real-world products.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pehnawa and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Pehnawa in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero, as the app is free).
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Termination
You may stop using Pehnawa and delete your account at any time (web deletion or in-app Profile). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
