Privacy Policy
This policy describes how The Brand Master (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and deletes personal data on https://thebrandmaster.pk and in the Pehnawa mobile app.
Who we are
The Brand Master is a multi-brand fashion discovery service for Pakistan, operated at thebrandmaster.pk by Fintechpaa. The Pehnawa app provides the same account with additional features such as Fit Check virtual try-on. Contact: privacy@fintechpaa.com. See also Contact and About.
Data we collect
When you create an account or use our website or app, we may collect:
- Account data: name, email address, and a hashed password.
- Profile details you choose to add: mobile number, gender, shopping audience, height, weight, preferred size, and avatar photo.
- Body photos (app): full-body images you upload for virtual try-on.
- App and web activity: wishlist items, brand and color preferences, notification settings, mood filters, and virtual try-on history.
- Device tokens: authentication tokens used to keep you signed in.
- Advertising and analytics data: Google Analytics on our website and, when enabled, Google AdSense on the website and the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the app may use cookies, advertising identifiers, coarse location, and interaction data to measure traffic and show ads. How we use data
- To create and secure your account across the website and app.
- To personalize browsing (audience, size, brands, colors, mood filters).
- To generate virtual try-on images from photos you upload in the app.
- To send optional alerts you enable (sales, price drops, stock, colors).
- To measure site usage and, where you consent or where permitted by law, to show advertising that helps keep the service free.
We do not sell your personal information. Body photos are used only for try-on and account features you request.
Cookies and advertising
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, analytics (Google Analytics), and advertising (Google AdSense on our editorial shopping guides when enabled — not on product listing screens). Third-party ad partners, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site or other sites.

Where required by law (for example in the EU/UK), we ask for your consent before loading non-essential cookies and ad tags on the website. You can change your choice by clearing site data or using the notice on the shop.
Encryption in transit
Data sent between our apps, website, and servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS). Our production site is served at https://thebrandmaster.pk.
Where data is stored
Account data and profile photos are stored on servers that host thebrandmaster.pk. Full-body photos for Fit Check and generated try-on images may also be stored in encrypted cloud storage operated under our Google account. Advertising and analytics data may be processed by Google according to the Google Privacy Policy.
How long we keep data
We keep account data while your account is active. Body photos remain until you replace them or delete your account. Virtual try-on result images are kept for up to 30 days after generation (or until you delete your account). When you delete your account, we permanently delete your account record and associated personal data as described below.
Your choices
- Update profile details in the app or on the website when signed in.
- Turn notification types on or off in Profile.
- Manage ad personalization via Google’s settings linked above.
- Delete your account and associated data at any time.
Delete your account and data
Delete your account from the app (Profile → Delete account) or on the web: https://pehnawa.fintechpaa.com/account-deletion.
Deletion removes your account, body photos, avatar, wishlist, notification preferences, try-on history, and authentication tokens. Limited records may remain in encrypted backups for a short period until those backups rotate.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
