Buying footwear from Pakistani brands: sizing & returns
Khussa, sandals, and sneakers across labels — fit tips, when to check size charts, and why checkout always happens on the brand store.
Why footwear is different from apparel
Sizes are less standardized across Pakistani labels than pret kurtas. EU, UK, and local numbering mix together; khussa and Peshawari sandals often use length in centimetres. A multi-brand view helps you compare styles, but size must be verified per brand before checkout.
Categories you will see
- Casual sneakers and loafers — often closest to international sizing charts.
- Formal leather — check width and insole notes on the brand page.
- Khussa / kolhapuri / Peshawari — frequently sold by foot length; measure both feet in the evening.
- Sports and running — half sizes matter; read return policies because worn shoes are rarely returnable.
Shopping flow on The Brand Master
Choose Foot wear on the home page or open footwear shop. Mood audience filters apply where relevant. Pick a product, confirm the price snapshot, then complete size selection and payment on the brand’s site — we do not hold inventory or process shoe returns.
Fit tips
- Measure foot length standing, heel to longest toe; compare to the brand chart for that SKU.
- Read material notes — leather stretches slightly; synthetics usually do not.
- Check whether the listed price includes delivery; some brands add charges at checkout.
- For gifts, prefer brands with exchange windows and keep tags intact until the recipient tries them on.
When things go wrong
Wrong size or defect? Contact the brand’s customer service using the order email from their checkout. We can help with account issues on thebrandmaster.pk but not with brand order numbers — keep your confirmation from the store where you paid.
